Ahmed Design and Build was founded in 2023, after years spent working as a site carpenter and supervisor on residential and commercial projects across the West Midlands. Too many jobs were let down by poor communication — clients left chasing updates, budgets creeping without warning, subcontractors nobody had properly briefed. Aaqib set out to do it differently: one point of contact, a written estimate that actually holds, and a crew that treats your project like it's going in their own home. What started with a handful of kitchen and bathroom renovations has grown into a small, trusted team that's completed more than 20 projects across the region.

That background spans both domestic and commercial work — from full home renovations and extensions to shop fit-outs and office refurbishments — which means the team is equally comfortable navigating a homeowner's planning permission as they are working around a tenant's opening-day deadline.
